Tonight I made one of our favorite dips to accompany dinner. I took a couple of pics but nothing looked great, so just trust me. I get many requests for this after serving it for parties. And it is so simple.
Here we go 9 X 13 pan.
One brick of cream cheese spread evenly. ( I use low fat, no fat whenever available)
One jar of salsa, spread evenly.
A nice layer of shredded cheese. ( I use cheddar and lots of Mexican type blends)
That's it. . bake until hot and cheese is melty or microwave it if your family is STARVING. We usually serve it with tortilla chips. I have made it fancy by adding olives, green onions, or black beans. I just usually stick with a Mexican theme.
It is also just as easy to make a single serving. Enjoy!

I didn't follow any of the tutorials. I just cut out the letters out of some scraps I had and sewed them on with a decorative stitch, added some ribbon around the edges. Now it sits until I figure out what else I want to do. I just wanted to make sure I had the banner done for the next birthday in our house. I will probably make another one when I have more time to think about it and more supplies on hand.

this is a wonky log cabin that I started as a TV snuggle blanket for Miss A, I am also waiting on some white to finish it up.
I guess I have been creating just not finishing anything!
